"This has been a great motivation for me to continue my work outs and to stay on a healthy eating path. I have now lost over 80 pounds and am feeling really good. My husband and kids have even said that they cannot believe the change in me! I am now preparing to do the 3 day walk in Chicago for Breast Cancer through Susan Komen organization and the WOMAN Activity Tracker has helped me so much in getting ready!"
"My desire to complete as many different virtual routes as possible has kept me bicycling all summer long. In the last five months, I have ridden over 600 miles! The last time I rode that much I was in college. This July, I turned 40, and I feel like I'm as physically fit as when I was 20. Thanks for the inspiration!"
"To meet my WOMAN challenge goals, I plan outdoor hiking outings whenever possible. When my cousin and her 2 children flew from their home in California to see us in Wisconsin, we spent a beautiful and sunny early October Friday afternoon hiking and rock climbing at one of my favorite places, Devil's Lake State Park near Baraboo and Wisconsin Dells. Not only did we get to see some of the best views in the state and maple trees with brilliant orange fall leaves(something they don't see at home), we got a lot of exercise hiking completely around this long lake."
"Last spring I completed the WOMAN Challenge. I then continued on with the WOMAN Activity Tracker. I'm getting more fit every day! I can now do 3 miles and not even think twice about it. When I first started I had a hard time walking 1/2 mile. Before the WOMAN programs, I had already lost 60 lbs. These programs have helped me maintain it. But I feel stronger and not as jiggly as before! I am addicted to this! I feel bad if I don't make the 10,000 steps I committed to and am so happy when I go over that amount. I now look forward to walking. Thank you so much for this challenge. -Terry"
"I recently found out about the WOMAN Activity Tracker and so far I've been able to meet my goals. I am disabled and cannot walk very well although I know walking helps me. That is why I decided to do this. I would encourage anyone out there who is also disabled to find some sort of activity they are able to do and do it whole heartily. I have seen results in just the short time I've been doing this. I have been wearing a pedometer to keep track of my steps. Doing so has got me up and moving more. I enjoy the challenge."
"I love "WOMAN." It has helped me keep the weight off and the dogs in excellent condition too! I feel so much better walking every morning. My deepest thanks to all who keep this site going."
"In January 12, 2008 I decided I needed to make a lifestyle change. I set a goal to lose 23 lbs by June 2008. I actually met my goal on May 17, 2008 and since have lost 10 more lbs. Part of this was due to this WOMAN Activity Tracker which I have thoroughly enjoyed. It has challenged me to keep moving and walking. I love what I do and thank you for your support."
"My husband Kevin and I started the WOMAN Challenge last Mother's Day. Kevin's blood pressure was high, his good cholesterol was bad, and his triglyceride were out of wack. He started walking and riding his bike. I am happy to say he lost 35 pounds, no longer takes his triglyceride medicine, his blood pressure came down, and his good cholesterol got better. Thanks to the WOMAN Challenge, we are motivated! I lost 15 pounds and we are very happy. You can do it, too!"
"Since I have been with the WOMAN Activity Tracker, I have lost over thirty pounds and have increased my walking to over 3 miles a day. Many times my daughter also walks with me. We take this time to share what is going on in our day and it has helped both of us to not only get healthier but to come closer in our relationship. I truly believe in this program!"
"We started with a large team during the 8 week program and did not do very well. We decided that if we broke up in small teams (3 teams of 3 now) we would be much more competitive for the new WOMAN Activity Tracker. Now we KNOW we can't miss any time or we throw off the other two members. We have a giant competition going on between our three teams and have awards set for the end and a big hike after. It truly is a fun way to get exercise. Sunshine Bees, Salem Oregon"
