"I've been trying to lose the last few pounds of baby weight and have not been successful. With this challenge, I began tracking my steps but not my weight for the past few weeks, making a conscious effort to move more. We've been hiking and swimming and all sorts of things. Today I got on the scale and was surprised to see I lost 10 lbs (despite my daughter's birthday cake/pizza extravaganza this weekend)!"
